"I would like to share my experience in reading and sharing "The Night Before Christmas in Bethlehem " Before I even opened the cover I was blessed by the beauty of the cover. The story inside took me on a journey of the real meaning of Christmas. The beauty on each page adds to the beauty of the story being told. This wonderful book will bless generations to come. Its a must have, to be shared during Christmas season." - Candy K.
"I fell in love with this book as soon as I read it though once, my shirt wet with tears of the connection of the once soft hands of the baby jesus and how they would later be bruised for our sins. The thought that went into this book is unmatched. I hope for everyone I know to be able to start new traditions with this book. Met the author last weekend and she is WONDERFUL!" - Kelly
"This is a wonderfully anointed book that young and old alike will treasure. It explains how Jesus came and why he came. So many Christmas books focus only on the birth but include nothing about his death or resurrection. It also speaks of his love for us and how we can come to him with our problems. Even the illustrations are anointed. And the explanations of the illustrations in the back of the book are a valuable teaching tool as well. This is a must read book, destined to become a classic!" - Lindy P.
"I have a collection of Christmas books (mostly thanks to my sister :-) that I pull out every year and this has been the best addition! To take the story of Jesus, what Christmas is all about after all, and put it to the cadence of the classic "Twas the Night Before Christmas" is brilliant. So well written and the images are absolutely stunning! I'm so impressed by the artist as well. I highly recommend that every home have this beautiful book to remind you of the reason for the season and to get you in the holiday spirit. I bought it for my sister, daughters, granddaughters and best friend. They all love it! It might be just the perfect gift for that special someone." - Anastasia L.
If you like the idea of a more spiritual version of the classic poem "A Visit from St. Nicholas," also known as "The Night Before Christmas," this is the book for you. It's listed as a "children's book," and to be sure, I would've loved this when I was an eight- or nine-year-old Catholic school student, but it can be enjoyed by those of all ages. The story is touching and well-told, the illustrations are beautiful, and the overall quality of the book from a production standpoint (paper, printing etc.) is first-rate. This is my third Christmas season owning this book and I know I'll be taking it off the shelf at least once or twice more in December for a reading as I've done the past two years.
